Quick notes on international markets

I have no idea why, but the middle east continues to be the bright spot in the worldwide markets.  Whatever is going on under the surface is a big big trend.

GAF and MES are two early candidates to look for emerging market investments on further weakness.

As mentioned the last few weeks here, Asian markets EWJ, EWH, EWS are falling apart worse all the time.  This whole area has quickly become un-invest-able in the near term.  That's such a heck of a change from last year's monster rally in Japan.

The ACWI, a rough proxy for world markets, doesn't have solid support until the mid 52's.  The larger formation is bullish as long as it holds the rising support line.  If the Asian weakness breaks this pattern down, a deeper correction is definitely in play.
