Where the rubber meets the road

There aren't many stocks like GoodYear Tire.  It's broken a year long base on great volume.  Now it's consolidating.  Is another setup coming soon?  Right now the best looking stop is in the 27's, that'll change if a mini base forms here.  The main target area appears to be the 2013 high around 35-36.
